My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and had some nice features like a good TV and tea facilities. However, my experience was marred by a robbery in the early hours where personal items were stolen and the staff offered no assistance. The location was convenient for visiting Paris, but the service could definitely use improvement as we had to wait long for our room.
